I had the privilege of meeting Jerome while participating in a Business Development Fellowship during the Spring of 2017. From the start, I instantly gravitated towards his authentic style of coaching and leadership. He is someone who I continue to seek advice, guidance & mentorship from to this day. I can wholeheartedly say that I would not be in the position I am today, both personally and professionally, if it wasn’t for the time and resources he put into me. He believed in me at a time when not many people did. when I lost my job, Jerome was there for me.
